研究課題：カテゴリー横断がスタートアップ企業の成果に及ぼす影響
研究概要：既存のカテゴリー研究は、カテゴリー横断（category spanning）を主体に不利益を及ぼすものとして捉えていた（e.g., Zuckerman, 1999）。　また、カテゴリー横断のポジティブな影響に言及している研究も、　スタートアップ企業のような外部評価者が大きな影響を及ぼしうる主体の重要性を見過ごしていた。　本研究では、スタートアップ企業を対象として、カテゴリー横断がそれに及ぼす正負両面の影響を実証的に解明する。
