|概要||This stude examined the relationships between job and organizational characteristics and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). A field study was done to explore how autonomy ， fairness ， and openness of job and organizational characteristics were related with three specific types of OCB constructs ， namely ， suggestions ， betterment ， and helping. Regression results indicated autonomy given to employees on the job explained significant variances of each OCB construct.
Other organizational characteristics failed to contribute to directly explain OCB constructs. Some implications and directions for future researches are addressed.
