|概要||The effect of perceived organizational support for innovation as an antecedent to innovation-promotive behaviors is explored. The empirical findings suggest that perceived organizational support for innovation is significantly correlated with innovation promotive behaviors directly as well as via organizational commitment and job involvement. It is found that the mediation
effects of organizational commitment and job involvement affect differently on behavioral dimensions of innovationpromotive behaviors. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
