概要	This paper explores the features of Indonesia's post New Order regime in terms of the reorganization of the spatial, economic, and socio-political order in the Jabodetabek region. Special attention is paid on the reorganization and consolidation of property industry, reorganization of large-scale new-town projects in Bodetabek, and the emergence of dual-government condition and its negative externalities.
