概要	Small and medium -sized factories in Japan have widely utilized robots-integrated production systems. This report introduced the economic effectiveness of parts-centered model as controlling the production systems. Two cases of robot systems used in TIG welding and transporting to plating process of automotive door were researched by analyzing productivity of before and after robot systems. Practical implications of combining jig and peripheral equipments to the systems were suggested.
