概要	This study introduced the states of QC Circle in Japanese small businesses. It a1so showed the QC members' identification with their organization and job. The empirical study based on two types of organization: one is subcontractor ， another is independent company, suggested ， despite the different types of organizations ， that psychological identification with work and employing organizations were found to be correlated with QC activities.
