概要 | This study explored the effects of organizational characteristics and job characteristics on employee's prosocia1 and turnover behavior in ]apanese small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs). Specifically ,I examined if freedom on the job, openness,and fairness affected organizational commitment , and prosocial and turnover behavior via individual growth need strengths. Resu1ts showed that freedom on the job , openness , and fairness enhanced individual growth need strengths , thereby increased performance and decreased turnover. |
