概要 This qualitative study explores how Japanese university instructors perceive their role in student motivation and the strategies they use. Drawing on the MUSIC Model and Theory X/Y, it identifies three levels of perceived responsibility—strong, moderate, and realistic—and analyzes how these shape motivational practices. Instructors with strong responsibility employed proactive, student-centered strategies, while others focused on shared or limited roles. Findings highlight the connection between teacher beliefs, motivation climate, and perceived effectiveness. Implications suggest tailored professional development aligned with instructors’ sense of responsibility.学会誌掲載論文・査読有
